How long is the delivery time?Deliveries generally take 2-4 weekdays. (International deliveries may take somewhat longer.) As far as possible we will deliver all items you have ordered in the same delivery. If, for any reason, an item cannot be delivered by the estimated delivery date, we will send your order in more than one delivery. In this case, we will, of course, cover any extra freight charges.
How much do you charge for postage and packing?The cost for postage and packning within Sweden is SEK 59. Postage charges outside Sweden are calculated on the weight and volume for each order. When you have logged in, you will see the total sum including shipping charges before you confirm your order.
Can I return an item if I'm not satisfy with it?You may withdraw from a purchase of an item or exchange it for another size, colour or item within 30 days. Please contact us via e-mail info@dinabutiker.com before you return your parcel. Remember to give us your order number, the invoice number if you have been invoiced and the name of the item to be returned.
Do you accept deliverys outside Sweden?Yes, we deliver worldwide. The prices given are per item inclusive of VAT for deliveries withing EU. For deliveries outside EU the prices are given per item without VAT. When you have logged in, you will see the total sum including postal charges before you confirm your order.
